Residential Electrical
Residential electrical done to code across Toronto and the GTA, from a single outlet to a whole-home renovation. Licensed, insured, and always with a free quote before we start, anywhere in Toronto or the GTA.
What we do
Most of the calls we get from homeowners start small: an outlet that stopped working, a breaker that keeps tripping, a renovation that needs new circuits. Behind those symptoms is often wiring that was fine forty years ago but wasn’t built for today’s loads. We handle all of it in houses and condos across Toronto and the GTA: new outlets and switches, GFCI protection, ceiling fans and fixtures, basement and renovation wiring, and EV charger circuits.
Every job starts with a free quote. We look at the work, explain what it involves, and give you a price before anything gets opened up. Where the work requires it, we file the ESA notification and arrange the inspection, so there’s a record the job was done to the Ontario Electrical Safety Code. We’re licensed (ECRA/ESA #7019085), carry $5 million in liability insurance, and back every job with a 1-year workmanship warranty.

Common questions
Do I need an ESA permit for electrical work in my home?
Most residential electrical work in Ontario, like new circuits, panel work, and added outlets, requires a notification filed with the Electrical Safety Authority, and an inspection closes it out. As the licensed contractor, we file it and meet the inspector, so you don’t have to manage any of it. Swapping a like-for-like fixture is one of the few jobs that usually doesn’t need one; we’ll tell you either way before work starts.
Can you add outlets without tearing up my walls?
Usually, yes. In most finished homes we can fish new cable through walls and ceilings with a few small, patchable openings rather than long drywall cuts. Older houses with blocking or plaster can take more work, and we’ll tell you up front where cuts are unavoidable. The quote is free, and you approve the price and the approach before we start.
