New Construction & Renovation Wiring
Rough-in to final inspection: full electrical for new builds, additions, and major renovations. Licensed, insured, and always with a free quote before we start, anywhere in Toronto or the GTA.
What we do
New construction and major renovation electrical is a different kind of job: load calculations, service sizing, panel layout, rough-in coordinated with framing and insulation, then finishing after drywall. The problems it solves are the ones that hurt later: a service too small for the heat pump and EV charger you’ll add, too few circuits in the kitchen, a basement suite that can’t be made legal because the wiring was never planned for it.
We work from your drawings with builders, general contractors, and homeowners, and we show up when the schedule says. Rough-in is inspected before insulation, finals before occupancy, and every stage is filed with the Electrical Safety Authority. One crew handles the project start to finish so nothing falls between trades. Quotes are free and broken out by phase, prices are approved before work begins, and the completed installation carries our 1-year workmanship warranty.

How it works
Quote. Work. Warranty.
Quote from your plans
Send us the drawings, or walk us through the space, and we’ll do the load calculations and return a free, itemized quote by phase. You approve pricing before any work is booked.
Rough-in on schedule
We file the ESA notification, run the rough-in coordinated with your framer and other trades, and have it inspected before insulation goes in, so the project never stalls waiting on electrical.
Finish, inspect, warranty
After drywall we install devices, fixtures, and the panel makeup, then close out the final ESA inspection. You get the paperwork for occupancy and our 1-year workmanship warranty on the whole installation.

Common questions
Do you handle the ESA permits and inspections, or does my contractor?
We do. As the licensed electrical contractor on the job, we file the notification with the Electrical Safety Authority, book the rough-in and final inspections, meet the inspector on site, and close everything out. Your GC just needs to give us schedule windows. That’s how it’s supposed to work in Ontario, with the electrical contractor of record carrying the notification, and it means the paper trail for occupancy is clean.
Can you wire a legal basement suite in an existing house?
Yes. It’s one of the most common projects we do in the GTA. A legal suite typically needs its own circuits for the kitchen and laundry, interconnected smoke and CO alarms, and often a sub-panel; depending on the existing service, a panel or service upgrade may be part of the job. We’ll assess what your house can support, quote it free, and handle the ESA notifications and inspections through to completion.
