What we do
Lighting is the fastest way to change how a room works, and older fixtures are often the quiet reason a hydro bill runs high. We install pot lights with proper layout and spacing, hang statement fixtures and heavy chandeliers safely, add under-cabinet and accent lighting, and build outdoor and landscape lighting that survives a Toronto winter. For businesses, we retrofit fluorescent and older fixtures to LED across offices, retail floors, and warehouses.
We start with a free visit and quote. We walk the space and talk through layout, beam spread, and colour temperature so the result looks planned, not just installed. New circuits and wiring are run to the Ontario Electrical Safety Code, with ESA notification and inspection where the work calls for it, and insulation-rated housings where pot lights meet attic insulation. Licensed under ECRA/ESA #7019085 and insured for $5 million, we back every installation with a 1-year workmanship warranty.

Walkthrough and layout
We walk the space with you, talk through what each area needs, sketch the layout, and give you a free written quote, with fixtures, wiring, switching, and dimming included.
Clean installation
We cut precisely, fish wiring with minimal openings, use IC-rated housings where insulation demands it, and set up switching and dimmers so each area works the way you actually use it.
Lit, inspected, warrantied
We aim every adjustable fixture, confirm dimming works without flicker, handle the ESA inspection where the wiring calls for it, and leave the space clean, all covered by our 1-year workmanship warranty.

Common questions
How many pot lights does my room need?
It depends on the room’s size, ceiling height, and what the light is for: general light, task areas, or accents. A common starting point is dividing the ceiling into a grid and spacing lights roughly half the ceiling height apart, then adjusting for counters, seating, and artwork. We plan the layout with you during the free quote, so you see the count and placement before anything is cut.
Is an LED retrofit worth it for a business?
Usually, yes. LEDs draw a fraction of the power of fluorescent or HID fixtures, last far longer, and cut the ladder time spent swapping tubes and ballasts. In a space lit all day, the difference shows up on the hydro bill quickly. We assess your existing fixtures, recommend retrofit kits or full replacements where they make sense, and quote it free. The price is approved before any work starts.
