Commercial Electrical

Installs, upgrades, and maintenance for GTA businesses, scheduled around your hours, not ours. Licensed, insured, and always with a free quote before we start, anywhere in Toronto or the GTA.

What we do

Downtime costs a business real money, and so does electrical work that fails inspection or trips out under load. We handle commercial electrical for offices, retail, restaurants, and light industrial units across Toronto and the GTA: tenant fit-outs, dedicated circuits for equipment and machinery, emergency and exit lighting, and ongoing maintenance. Whether you’re opening a new location or keeping an existing one running, the goal is the same: reliable power that passes inspection and stays out of your way.

We start with a free site visit and quote, then plan the work around your operating hours, whether that means evenings, weekends, or staged sections so you stay open. We file ESA notifications, coordinate inspections, and hand over the documentation your landlord or insurer will ask for. New Season Electrical is licensed (ECRA/ESA #7019085), carries $5 million in liability insurance, and every job, from a single circuit to a full fit-out, is covered by our 1-year workmanship warranty.

How it works

Quote. Work. Warranty.

  1. Site visit and quote

We walk the space with you, review drawings if you have them, check panel capacity, and put together a free written quote, including a schedule that works around your business hours.

  2. Scheduled, staged work

We do the disruptive parts when they hurt least: after hours, weekends, or in stages. Circuits get labelled, panels get documented, and the site is left clean and operational every day.

  3. Inspection and handover

We coordinate the ESA inspection, hand over documentation for your landlord or insurer, and back the installation with our 1-year workmanship warranty. If you want ongoing maintenance, we can set that up too.

Common questions

Can you do the work without shutting us down?

In most cases, yes. We schedule the disruptive parts outside your operating hours and stage shutdowns so critical equipment like refrigeration, servers, and point of sale stays powered or is down for the shortest window possible. When a full shutdown is unavoidable, like a panel change, we tell you exactly when and for how long so you can plan around it.

Do commercial jobs need ESA inspections?

Yes. Commercial electrical work in Ontario is filed with the Electrical Safety Authority and inspected, and landlords and insurers routinely ask for the paperwork. We handle the notification, meet the inspector, and give you the documentation when the job closes out. Quotes are free, and the price is approved by you before any work starts, including any changes that come up mid-job.
