What we do

Describe what's happening and we'll triage it on the phone, free. If it's dangerous, we'll tell you what to shut off and head your way; if it can safely wait, we'll say so and book you the next day instead.
Make it safe
On site, the first job is stopping the hazard: isolating the fault, restoring power where it's safe, and protecting your equipment and property. You approve the price before repair work starts.
Fix it properly
Once you're safe and powered, we complete the permanent repair to Ontario Electrical Safety Code, file ESA paperwork where required, and back the work with our 1-year workmanship warranty.

Are you really available 24/7?
Yes. We're on call around the clock, including weekends and holidays. Call the main number any hour and you'll reach us. For businesses like restaurants and clinics, where a failed circuit at night means lost inventory or a cancelled day of customers, that's often the whole reason clients keep our number saved.
What should I do while I wait for you to arrive?
If something is sparking, smoking, or smells like it's burning, shut off the breaker that feeds it, or the main breaker if you're not sure, and keep people away from it. Don't touch scorched outlets or panels. If there's open flame, call 911 first. We'll walk you through the safe steps on the phone before we're on the road.
